Clint Eastwood IS Dirty Harry, a San Francisco cop assigned to find a killer named Scorpio (Andrew Robinson). The problem is that Harry hates Scorpio so much that he violates his civil rights, and the system has to set the murderer free. When Scorpio hijacks a school bus, Dirty Harry is asked to carry the ransom. This time, he refuses and goes after Scorpio on his own.
