  John Kirby (Brian Libby) is a killer is captured by Sheriff Dan Stevens (Chuck Norris), but Kirby tries to flee and is shot and killed. His invincibility is possible because of a formula developed by three doctors including Spires, and now Kirby murders them. Next on Kirby's agenda is Alison, and Sheriff Stevens is determined to stop him.
