Grant honors the rule, returns for a visit after the orientation period, and is devastated when he realizes that Fiona does not remember him. Even more difficult to face is the fact that Fiona's affections have transferred to a fellow patient: mute, wheelchair bound Aubrey (Michael Murphy).
