  When eccentric college chemistry professor Ned Brainard (Fred MacMurray) accidentally creates Flubber, the anti-gravity version of Silly Putty, the local college basketball team uses airborne slam-dunks against their archrivals. There is romance, in which Ned tries to win back his fiancee Betsy (Nancy Olson), along with other amusing complications as well in this Disney film.
