This time around, America's worst police force–among them are Jones (Michael Winslow), Tackleberry (David Graf), and Callahan (Leslie Easterbrook)–heads to Russia to help uncover the tough computer hacker, Konali (Ron Perlman), who is plotting to bring down the world's computer systems. Russian Police Commandant Rakov (Christopher Lee) has asked for help and also brings in an acquaintance, who happens to be Commandant Lassard (George Gaynes). Lassard briefs the team, and off they go on another wild chase.
