The resort is a huge success, but local citizens object to Ambrose's arcade games on the pier and attempt to destroy it. Fortunately for Ambrose, when his sailor friends come to his aid, a slapstick battle ensues, and Ambrose registers the pier as a cruise ship under a foreign flag. Now, his "ship" is no longer under the domain of land authorities, and the fun continues.
