World War I veteran Hans Memling (Roland Drew) secretly opposes the Nazis and distributes foreign radio broadcasts through Germany. Memling is captured and, with his cohorts, is sent to a concentration camp. He escapes but is determined to help rebuild the anti-Nazi organization. This film was made before the U.S. entered World War II and was banned at first but rereleased later as "Beasts of Berlin."

Texas Grant (Tim McCoy) rides into Stampede and finds out that he is a dead ringer for a rancher who disappeared several years before. He uses the rancher's identity to help the missing rancher's wife (Shirley Grey) rid the town of a cattle-rustling gang that has been stealing her cattle. Texas gets help from ranch hand Steve (John Wayne, in an early film appearance) and even discovers he really is the missing rancher but had suffered from amnesia after a blow to the head. Go figure.
