When mercenaries, led by Albert Muller (Marc Lawrence) plot to take over the world, they head to Kong Island to implant transmitters into gorillas so they can lead an army by remote control. They also capture a woman, Eva (Esmeralda Barros), who was raised by the gorillas–just to add fun to the proceedings. Burt Dawson (Brad Harris) comes to her rescue, but his intentions are not noble. But wait, here comes King Kong's huge descendant to save the day!
