The next morning–after the worst has been brought to the table–the family meets again in the same room, at the same table, for breakfast! This is the first of a series of films made under the strict rules of the Danish Dogme 95 manifesto: purity and austerity in filmmaking–hand-held cameras and no musical score, for example.
