Clay Miller (Jared Padalecki) is searching for his missing sister Jenna (Danielle Panabaker), and the only clue he has leads him to Crystal Lake. The clue leads Jason to a group of weed-smoking college students who are planning a week-end of partying at Crystal Lake. But, Jason Voorhees (Derek Mears) is still protecting "his" property of Crystal Lake, and, once again, Jason slashes his machete and kills those who would dare to trespass into his territory.

But it won't be an easy task to save his beloved Sparta from destruction as they must deal with a myriad of celebrity look-alikes such as Britney Spears, Nicole Parker, Tom Cruise, Simon Cowell, etc. Meanwhile, Leonidas' Queen, Margot (Carmen Electra), stays behind to entertain the elders with her scant clothing and perform other acts between massages.
