Director: Stanley Kubrick
Cast: Peter Sellers, George C. Scott, Sterling Hayden, James Earl Jones, Keenan Wynn, Slim Pickens, Peter Bull, Tracy Reed, Shane Rimmer, Jack Creley, Glenn Beck, Frank Berry, Gordon Tanner, Robert O'Neil, Roy Stephens

[Full Title: "Dr. Strangelove Or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb."] Peter Sellers plays three roles (U.S. President, British officer, and nuclear scientist) in this farce about dropping the nuclear bomb. Slim Pickens plays Major T.J. "King" Kong, a U.S. pilot flying his bomber loaded with nuclear weapons when he receives orders to attack the Soviet Union. The other planes are recalled or shot down, but Kong evades the missiles shot at him and completes his mission in a very unique way. This movie is both thought-provoking and amusing. The film received four Academy Award nominations (Best Picture, Actor (Sellers), Director, and Writing). A real classic.
