This second of a series of three films relating to Blood Island (following "Brides of Blood") catches up with Dr. Bill Foster (John Ashley) who arrives on the island to investigate a series of murders. It doesn't take long before he runs across the mad Dr. Lorca (Ronald Remy) whose experiments have resulted in green-blooded zombies.
