  That lovable lab Buddy (voice of Tom Everett Scott), his girlfriend Molly (voice of Molly Shannon), and the humans who own them–Henry (Christian Pikes) and Noah (Slade Pearce)–are busy with a litter of five adorable puppies–B-Dawg (voice of Skyler Gisondo), Bud-dah (voice of Dominic Scott Kay), Rosebud (voice of Abigail Breslin), Mudbud (voice of Spencer Fox), and Budderball (voice of Josh Flitter). When adoption time comes, the puppies run away, then mayhem ensues, and Molly gets dog-napped resulting in a wild chase as Noah, Henry, and the puppies try to rescue them.

Jack thinks there is something peculiar about Sara and Seth but takes the money and sets out on the trek. It turns out that Sara and Seth are space aliens trying to reach Witch Mountain where their space ship awaits. But, the trip will not be easy and will involve black cars chasing them with government agents, led by Henry Burke (Ciaran Hinds), and even an alien assassin in hot pursuit.
