Savina, in turn, must find the red scepter that controls the Red Dragons, which is even more powerful than the Gold Dragons.

Frankenstein is forced to help his mentor, Dr. Polidori (James Mason), create a mate, the beautiful Prima (Jane Seymour), for the monster.
