American industrialist William Cole (Bruce Campbell) and his wife, Jackie (Antoinette Byron), arrive in Bulgaria and, through a set of bizarre circumstances involving extramarital affairs, William is killed and brought back to life with part of cab driver Yegor's brain implanted in his own head. William and Yegor form an alliance and try to track down the homicidal Gypsy (Tamara Gorski) who killed them.
