Wealthy developer Rupert King (Malcolm McDowell) decides to buy a small island near NYC and build a resort on it. The island is also the final resting place for the city's unknown and destitute bodies. When Rupert, his staff, and workers are trapped by swarms of hungry, zombie-like flies, things get tough for the developers.
