  Lots of good kickboxing provides entertainment in this film. Kickboxing champion Jake (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) "retires" after accidentally killing a man during a fight. However, he is back in the fray when a friend calls him to the Philippines where a madman sets out to have his martial arts experts take on world champions in fights to the death.

The final test comes when Jason is chosen for a match against Russian champion Ivan Kraschinsky (Jean-Claude Van Damme).
