Meanwhile, Willy likes the girl next door, Allison (Annette Funicello). She grows attached to the dog, and Willy finds himself competing with the dog for Allison's attention. The only way that Willy can get out from under the spell is to perform a good deed–and Soviet spies in his neighborhood just might provide the solution.
