Chicago businessman Martin Harvey (Martin Short) inherits his uncle's yacht. He takes the whole family to the Caribbean where he hires on Captain Ron (Kurt Russell) to sail the boat to Florida. Captain Ron turns out to be a sailor who has no "sea legs." Not exactly one of Russell's good efforts.
