  Comancheros (White men who supplied the warring Comanches with guns) were in full swing in the middle 1800s. Enter Texas Ranger Jake Cutter (John Wayne) who teams up with his prisoner Paul Regret (Stuart Whitman) to ward off the Comancheros and bring peace to the Texas Territory.
