  Errol Flynn IS Robin Hood. Romance blooms between Robin and Maid Marian (Olivia de Havilland) in the midst of sweeping sword fights in Sherwood Forest as Robin leads his band of merry men against Prince John (Claude Rains) and his efforts to tax the poor. The film received an Oscar nomination for Best Picture.
