John Lithgow takes on multiple roles in this psycho thriller about child psychologist Dr. Carter Nix (Lithgow) who is obsessed with bringing up his daughter Amy (Amanda Pombo). His wife Jenny (Lolita Davidovich) is too busy with her extramarital affair to pay attention–until children begin to disappear. Now Jenny begins to suspect that Carter is behind the mystery and is delivering the missing children to his father (also played by Lithgow) and his brother (also played by Lithgow) so that they can use them for psychological experiments.
