Dr. William Rivers (Jonathan Pryce) is the psychiatrist whose job it is to "cure" the men quickly so they can be sent back into battle. Based on a novel by Pat Barker, which is based on the real-life story of Siegfried Sassoon.

They arrive in the eerily foggy town of Silent Hill, which Sharon seems to remember from her past, and Sharon disappears following a car accident leaving Rose to follow what she believes is Sharon's silhouette. Accompanied by police officer Cybil Bennett ((Laurie Holden), Rose searches the dark town for Sharon while demons and zombies rise from the ground, and Rose soon realizes she is only a pawn in a very dangerous game.

Sally then hires a hit woman, Jupiter (Elaine Hendrix), to kill Macbeth in this black crime comedy. Saved (somewhat) by the good supporting cast who play various eccentrics in the town.
