Jack Tulliver (Wesley Snipes) successfully pulls off a heist of Bucharest casinos only to be ambushed by another gang of criminals who take one of Tolliver's partners hostage. Tolliver has accidently grabbed a suitcase containing a priceless Van Gogh painting, and the leader of the other gang wants it back. Tolliver must team up with NATO military policeman Kelly Anders (Tamzin Outhwaite) to rescue his friend and save his own life as well.
