  Based on Peter Kurth's book, this story was presented as a two-part TV miniseries starring Amy Irving as Anna Anderson the woman who insisted she was Anastasia, the surviving daughter of the Czar and Czarina of Russia. Anna fights to prove her claim that she is part of the royal family and should be recognized by the Romanov family. By story's end, she finally takes her case to the Romanovs now living in New York.

  Lady St. Edmund (Helen Hayes) owns a large estate, but she is having problems finding money to pay her taxes. She does get help from orphans to maintain her estate–and her pride. A small-time crook, Harold Brundge (Leo McKern), gets orphan Casey (Jodie Foster) to pose as Lady St. Edmund's granddaughter in his quest for a lost treasure on "grandmother's" property. Once Casey spends time at her "grandmother's" estate, she is a witness to the good deeds of the butler, the chauffeur, the gardener, and the cavalry officer (all played by David Niven), sees the error of her ways, and helps to save the estate.

Along with his young apprentice Galen (Peter MacNicol) and beautiful Valerian (Caitlin Clarke), Ulrich sets out to slay the dragon. But, Ulrich's abilities fail him, and it rests on Galen to confront the dragon and enter into a vicious battle. The special effects are great.

Before the blonde leader, Kari (Martine Beswick), can have him satisfy her sexual needs, David escapes and leads a rebellion against the brunettes. OUCH!
