Two enterprising computer wizards–unpopular teens Gary (Anthony Michael Hall) and Wyatt (Ilan Mitchell-Smith)–find a new way of coming up with a date. They create a very sexy, smart, perfect woman after hacking into an Air Force computer system. When lightning strikes, the woman comes to life. They name her Lisa (Kelly LeBrock) and join her on a wild weekend adventure that includes going to a bar, shopping for cool clothes, driving a sports car, and throwing a party for the "cool" kids. Wyatt's older brother Chet (Bill Paxton) suspects that something strange is going on, but Wyatt finds a way to avoid problems with him, and the fun continues.
