In this sequel to the "Billy Jack" films, Billy Jack (Tom Laughlin) is in prison. Billy Jack receives a pardon from prison and reports to the U.S. Senate where he uncovers corruption and, in his usual manner, sets out to bring honesty back to the Senate.
