  This is a story about ambition gone berserk. She prepares a documentary, "Teens Speak Out," through which she works with teenagers Jimmy (Joaquin Phoenix), Russell (Casey Affleck), and Lydia (Alison Folland). Then she hatches a plot: seduce Jimmy and get him to kill Larry–knowing that the tabloids will cover the story and bring her the notoriety she dreams of. But, of course, more than a few problems ensue that end up with her downfall.
