This story should seem very familiar to those who remember 1960's "Beach Party" movies. Just update the times with pot instead of beer, and you have the same hormones-on-overload kids frolicking at the shore. Dina (Kim Lankford) is the sexy lifeguard at the beach, and her job is not easy when the kids fake their drownings so that she will "rescue" them while the other kids run wild.
