  Half White-half Native American Indian Billy Jack (Tom Laughlin) is a Vietnam veteran trained in martial arts who rescues young Vicki (Elizabeth James) from a terrifying ordeal with a gang of bikers. But, Billy Jack's actions cause the gang to retaliate against him, and the racist Southern California police cause Billy Jack many problems. Meanwhile, the bikers will stop at nothing to keep Vicki from testifying against them.

Matters get even worse when the farm owner names Calif in his will. Typical Russ Meyer fare.
