When one of the creatures bites off Dr. Pretorious' head, Tillinghast is suspected of murdering him and placed in a mental ward where his psychiatrist Dr. Katherine McMichaels (Barbara Crampton) believes he is innocent. She encourages him to continue the experiments, and the Pretorious creature returns and draws the others into its labyrinth. Good special effects.

After completing the job, Sean learns that he will not be paid, so he threatens the pair with the fact that he has evidence on Ray. Sean is taken hostage by them and tortured in unimaginable ways during which he undergoes a change in character. Revenge will be sweet–and brutal.

He agrees to haul a secret cargo bound for Earth, and takes off with two cohorts (Stephen Dorff and Debi Mazar). Engine troubles, space pirates, and a cargo that is an army of robots to take over the Earth add to the "fun". OK, but clearly B-class.

In Providence, Rhode Island, nurse's assistant Brandi Boski (Mena Suvari) celebrates the possibility of a job promotion at a bar with co-worker Tanya (Rukiya Bernard). Brandi drinks too much, and when she drives home, she runs into a homeless man, Tom (Stephen Rea). The impact smashes Tom through Brandi's broken windshield. Knowing that the accident will ruin her promotion possibilities, Brandi drives the car into her garage and plans to let Tom die there. But, Tom doesn't die and now realizes that he, and he alone, must save himself from certain death.
