  This time around, it is Steve Stifler's younger brother Matt (Tad Hilgenbrink) who is the center of attention as he unwillingly attends band camp after facing expulsion from school because he ruined graduation ceremonies. Matt has not changed, and he has plans for a number of pranks while serving his sentence at band camp.

When Cindy's boss, for whom she writes an advice column for a newspaper, wants to know where her column is, Ryan starts writing it. Ryan falls for the boss, Page (Angie Harmon), in this comedy that's better than most direct-to-video films.
