It has been a year since Jack Frost was destroyed, and now Sam (Christopher Allport), his wife, Anne (Eileen Seeley), and their neighbors head south–away from the snow–for a fun vacation. But Jack Frost is inadvertently released from his watery grave and, with no fear of melting in the heat, also heads south to seek his revenge. Low budget fun.
