Now, the story skips back-and-forth between the present and the past, and, in the process, Batman discovers a link between Andrea and the crime villain. The Joker (Mark Hamill) steps in and uncovers the fact that Andrea is the Phantasm, and she is out to avenge her father's (Stacey Keach) murder. Batman arrives on the scene, a battle ensues, and Batman's name is cleared.

But it doesn't take long for the dogs to start wandering around the hospital, and, miraculously, after encounters with the dogs, patients begin to heal. Of course, hospital rules do not allow dogs in patients' rooms, problems ensue, and the dogs are sent to an animal shelter. Now, a wealthy patient (Rue McClanahan) realizes that the dogs have cured her illness, and she ensures that the dogs are rescued, and new homes are found.

Following the war, an expedient court martial dealt with the cover-up.

With Dorothy gone and police pressures on his mind, Roy finds relief in a new girlfriend Lorrie (Rosalind Cash), but more problems lie ahead.

The life of George W. Bush is documented in this film with Josh Brolin playing the title role. The story examines Dubya's somewhat checkered past–from his days as a student at Yale, to his early years involved with alcohol, his courtship of Laura (Elizabeth Banks), and then his new world of sobriety and Christianity. Director Oliver Stone presents his version of Bush's presidency as Dubya having psychological problems following his father George H.W. Bush's (James Cromwell) loss to Bill Clinton, and now, as President, Dubya seeking to regain the family honor.
