CIA agent Max Reed (Mark Hamill) sets off to obtain a mysterious box from a scientist, but the scientist is murdered after hiding the box from his killers. But the aliens, who can change into terrifying reptilian creatures, want their device back There is a sequel to this film that is based on a Japanese comic-book character.
