Freddy (Robert Englund) has finally killed all the youngsters in Springfield, so he decides it is time to go elsewhere for new victims. He recruits his daughter Maggie (Lisa Zane)–Where did she come from?–to assist, but instead he must duke it out with her in the final 3-D climax. Yes, Freddy is dead (again), but this turns out NOT to be the "final nightmare." Several guest stars make cameo appearances. A few clever scenes.
