Bogus is a family movie about a little boy, Albert Franklin (Haley Joel Osment), who is orphaned when he loses his Las Vegas showgirl mother. Sent to live in Newark, N.J., with his mother's friend, Harriet Franklin (Whoopi Goldberg), Albert feels resentful and alone. To solve his dilemma, he invents a friend (Bogus is a happy face cartoon Albert draws); however, his invention comes to life in the form of Gerard Depardieu.

The President warns that he will nuke Iraq if they don't retreat, and Hussein counters with his own threats. So, Emerson asks the people in the diner what to do. Made in 1998 but sat on the shelf until the 2000 release.
