Gambler Will (Costner) notices Stacy and realizes that she has a great talent for remembering cards. He talks her into getting help from "The Kid" (Ed Semenza) who is a blackjack pro. But, Shecky Poole (Mike Reynolds), who runs the casino, catches on and tries to get Stacy out of the game. It works–until Stacy decides to get revenge.
