Slim Pickens plays Major T.J. "King" Kong, a U.S. pilot flying his bomber loaded with nuclear weapons when he receives orders to attack the Soviet Union. The other planes are recalled or shot down, but Kong evades the missiles shot at him and completes his mission in a very unique way. This movie is both thought-provoking and amusing. The film received four Academy Award nominations (Best Picture, Actor (Sellers), Director, and Writing). A real classic.
