Young Roy Wallace (Kevin Novotny) and his Irish father (Patrick Bergin) are vacationing in a fishing village in Ireland when strange hauntings by ghosts permeate the neighborhood. There are explanations, but Roy doesn't believe them and sets out on his own investigation. Clues lead to a strange sea cave, and Roy determines to uncover and then reveal its secrets. Based on Arthur Maxwell's children's book "Secret of the Cave."
