Now, Prof. Brody (Jeff Goldblum) is working on a vaccine to erase human allergies to dogs, and a Persian cat, Mr. Tinkles (voice of Sean Hayes), is determined to stop him because Mr. Tinkles seeks world domination and realizes that the vaccine will give the edge to dogs. Mrs. Brody (Elizabeth Perkins) has found a Beagle puppy, Lou (voice of Tobey Maguire), for their son, Scott (Alexander Pollock). Now Lou is caught in the middle of the "dog vs. cat" war when Mr. Tinkles plots to kidnap the Brody family, reverse the formula, and make all humans allergic to dogs. Excellent special effects include animated faces on real animals.

With help from Brain (voice of Sean Hayes) and road-kill bunny Scamper (voice of Steve Buscemi), Igor makes his girl monster Eva (voice of Molly Walsh). But, Eva turns out to be anything but evil when Igor fails to activate her evil bone–and that is only the beginning of problems for Igor.

When Hooks dies, a televised tribute at the Apollo Theater is planned, and Floyd convinces down-on-his-luck Louis to join him in his lime-green Cadillac on a cross-country trip to pay their respects to Marcus. Louis agrees to go but makes the road trip as difficult as possible, and lingering problems from the past reemerge.
