Ash (Bruce Campbell) is back in his cabin as the lone survivor of the first film. As Ash is trying to cut off his infected hand with a chainsaw, Annie (Sarah Berry) and Ed Getley (Richard Domeier) arrive at the cabin with missing pages of the book. Also on the scene are Annie and Ed's guides Jake (Dan Hicks) and Bobbie Joe (Kassie Wesley) who have led Annie and Ed to the cabin. Not knowing who they are, Ash fires at them, and they lock him in the cellar. Now, they are also turned into zombies and are determined to put an end to Ash.
