  This made-for-TV film tells the story of Israeli agent Eli Cohen (John Shea). Eli, a quiet family man, was asked by his government to become an undercover agent in Syria. He impersonated a businessman and was able to penetrate the highest level of the Syrian government and provided valuable information to Israel. Cohen was eventually caught and killed when warning Israel of an impending attack.

Rambo finds allies in the Mujahedeen rebels who lead him across high cliffs and desert mountains around the border in Afghanistan and help him in his attempt to rescue Trautman from Zaysen's clutches. Once again, Rambo lives up to his reputation in this exciting movie.
