Teenage Justin (Lou Taylor Pucci) is a thumbsucker, and, whether his problems are at school or home, sucking his thumb is soothing. To help Justin get over sucking his thumb, he is put on Ritalin. But the change after taking the drug is dramatic, and Justin emerges from a shy introvert into an over-achieving pain-in-the-neck.
