Harry Anderson is at his crazy best in this comedy/mystery film. They live at the International Arms apartment building in New York, and Fallon has tracked down a hit man to their building. The hit man, who uses household appliances to kill, is plotting to assassinate the President–and the killer might be next door! (The killer did WHAT with the cookie cutter?)
