Cynthia "Babe" Laval (Rose Hobart) is a queen in her world of Atlantic City call girls, but she would love to live a normal life. One possibility is for Babe to marry Bill Bradley (Weldon Heyburn), but she refuses to settle down with him because he owns a gambling house. When she meets wealthy Ward Hollister (Herbert Rawlinson), Babe thinks he could be the answer to her dreams. But problems arise, and now Bill looks pretty good to Babe.
