  In this trilogy written by Stephen King, a mysterious cat links the stories together. The first story involves a chain-smoker (James Woods) and his treatment by a sadistic doctor (Alan King). The second story is about a gambler (Kenneth McMillan) and how he deals with the man (Robert Hays) who he is sure has been sleeping with his wife. And, the third story centers around a young girl (Drew Barrymore) who is being terrorized by a troll. Good special effects.

  This made-for-TV tale, based on a James Thurber short story, is about a 1930s aviator who became famous after he flew around the world non-stop. The problem is that he is an illiterate dunderhead, and the media that made him a hero must now make him presentable.
