  LAPD Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) visits Hong Kong with his friend, Detective Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan), where they just happen to get involved in an investigation tracking down smugglers and counterfeiters who have set off a bomb killing two U.S. Customs agents. Jackie Chan, as usual, is fun to watch, and Chris Tucker provides the right chemistry as Chan's joke-cracking cohort.
