  Doug Quaid (Arnold Schwarzeneger) is a construction worker married to beautiful Lori (Sharon Stone). As he sets off on a quest to Mars to piece together his identity, enemy agents, including their leader Richter (Michael Ironside), try to kill him before he regains more of his memory. The film won a Special Achievement Oscar for the Visual Effects.
