While searching for his missing father, Marshal Tex (Tex Ritter) goes underground and infiltrates a gang that is using all means, including the murder of miners, to take over the local mines. When he is chased by a posse, Tex takes refuge at the hacienda of Don Estaban Valle (Martin Garralaga) where the Don's daughter, Lolita (Joan Woodbury), hides him. The ranch hands are members of the gang that the Don's manager, Evans (Ted Adams), leads, and, after the Don is murdered, Tex is accused of murdering two miners. Tex tells the truth about who he is, and a courtroom shootout ensues before Tex saves the day. This is Tex Ritter's film debut in a remake of 1930's "Oklahoma Cyclone."
